Salford City College Group is seeking an Inclusion Support Assistant to help learners with SEND access the curriculum across Eccles College, City Skills, and Pendleton Sixth Form. You will work alongside tutors to break down barriers and support progress, wellbeing and safeguarding, within a learner-centred environment.

We value proactive, person-centred approaches and a commitment to inclusive education. Roles are fixed-term until 31 July 2027, term-time only, with cross-site responsibilities

Qualifikationen

• Support learners with SEND to achieve, belong and thrive.
• Work across the college's different Centres within the SCC group.

• Provide high-quality, flexible, and learner-centred support for learners with SEND in and out of the classroom.
• Support students studying a diverse range of subjects and collaborate with tutors to enable curriculum access.
