Job summary

SCC Group invites applications for Inclusion Support Assistant roles across multiple sites, including Eccles College, City Skills, and Pendleton Sixth Form. Fixed-term until 31 July 2027, term-time hours (36 per week), and cross-college deployment support learners with SEND to achieve, belong and thrive.

Salary ranges £24,770–£27,231 (pro rata £21,954–£24,136). Applications close 04/11/2026; interview dates 16–17/11/2026.

• Experience in supporting learners with diverse needs.
• Commitment to inclusion and safeguarding.
• Ability to work with classroom tutors to enable access to curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, learner-centred support to learners with SEND.
• Support students in and out of the classroom to access the curriculum.
• Collaborate with tutors to reduce barriers and promote attainment.
