As a key member of the college leadership team, you will champion inclusion, lead talented teams and drive continuous improvement while maintaining focus on student success and progression.

Qualifikationen

• Significant senior-level experience of leading SEND provision within further education, education or a comparable setting.
• Strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice, Education Health and Care Plan processes, Equality Act requirements and High Needs funding.
• Proven track record of improving SEND provision, student outcomes and the quality of support services.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic leadership for SEND provision with a clear vision for inclusion, high aspirations and student success.
• Lead quality improvement planning, performance monitoring and effective use of data to drive outcomes.
• Champion inclusive and adaptive approaches that remove barriers to participation, progress and achievement.
• Lead robust systems to identify, assess and respond to SEND needs and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
