Brighton Girls is seeking a SEND Coordinator/Inclusion Manager to lead the strategic development of SEND policy and provision in a warm, lively school in central Brighton. The role focuses on bridging barriers to learning for SEND pupils and supporting families, with responsibilities to reflect laws and current research in the school's policy.

You will oversee screening and assessment for SEND pupils, support SEND and EAL learners through targeted sessions, and deliver staff training on SEND

Qualifications

• You will need, or be willing to learn, a comprehensive knowledge base of SEND needs in general.

Responsibilities
