The successful candidate will manage SEND and inclusion across the school, build external partnerships, and foster a culture of high expectations. Start date 01 January 2027 or sooner; permanent, full-time appointment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SEND and inclusion provision across a school.
• Ability to develop and implement intervention strategies.
• Strong leadership and collaboration with staff and external professionals.
