The SEND & Inclusion Assessor will identify learner needs, develop Inclusion Support Plans, and ensure learners receive appropriate support across the college.

This role strengthens early intervention and smooth transitions within the current national context. Salary is Scale 5 SCP 19-22 (£26,630–£29,000).

Job Purpose:

The SEND & Inclusion Assessor plays a central role in identifying learner needs, developing Inclusion Support Plans (ISPs), and ensuring learners receive appropriate support across the college. The role strengthens early intervention, supports transitions, and aligns with the current national context where fewer learners are granted EHCPs, making robust ISP processes essential.

Salary: Scale 5 SCP 19-22 - £26,630 - £29,000
