Qualifications

• Experience working within a SEND or Inclusion department in a school is desirable but not essential.
• Experience with children, young people or families and/or experience within a school, SEND, education, social care or family support setting.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for many parents and carers of SEND students.
• Build positive relationships with families and support effective communication between home and school.
• Coordinate and maintain high-quality pupil profiles and SEND documentation.
• Track and monitor interventions, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
• Support Annual Reviews and other SEND review processes.
• Gather and record student voice and parental feedback.
• Produce reports and information for leaders and external agencies.
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff and external professionals to improve outcomes for students.
