Job summary

St Mary's Church of England Primary School is seeking an Inclusion Provision Coordinator to work with the SENDCo to develop and monitor SEND provision for pupils, including EHCPs. You will lead day-to-day SEND provision, coordinate support staff, plan targeted interventions and track progress to ensure high-quality inclusive practice.

You will work closely with families, staff and external professionals to implement effective strategies and ensure safeguarding and confidentiality are maintained

• Strong organisation and planning abilities.
• Empathetic approach with pupils and families.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inclusive SEND provision for pupils, including EHCPs.
• Plan and evaluate learning programmes and interventions for SEND.
• Lead day-to-day deployment of SEND support staff.
• Monitor pupil progress and record provision and interventions.
• Engage with parents, carers and professionals in meetings.
• Participate in multi-agency reviews and recommendations.
• Support staff with guidance and training on SEND practices.
• Maintain SEND records and timetables.
• Safeguard and promote welfare of children and ensure inclusion policies.
