Zusammenfassung

Juniper Training Limited is seeking a Student Support Specialist to lead SEND training and coordinate EHCP-related support across centres. The role requires travelling to South East & London sites and occasional visits to Wolverhampton; based in Leicestershire region is preferred.

You will champion inclusion and safeguarding, develop resources linked to EHCP outcomes, and help shape Support Plans with student-centered approaches.

Qualifikationen

• Level 2 in English and Maths.
• Knowledge & experience of standards in teaching & training.
• Sound understanding of student needs, barriers and effective interventions.
• Dyslexia, ADHD and autism CPD training.
• Level 3 teaching qualification with the ability to train and develop others.
• Driver with own vehicle and willingness to travel.

Aufgaben

• Champion and strengthen SEND provision across the organisation, with a focus on EHCPs.
• Work with centres, staff and Local Authorities to provide personalised support.
• Monitor progress and reflect EHCP needs in Support Plans.
• Develop resources and interventions to remove barriers to learning.
