Job summary

Gloucestershire County Council's EHCP Service is seeking an organised, confident communicator to prepare, review and amend Education, Health and Care Plans in line with statutory timescales. You will build positive relationships with children, families and professionals, coordinating across education, health and social care.

The role involves attending annual reviews, analysing professional advice, supporting transition planning and preparing information for panels, while maintaining accurate

Qualifications

• Five GCSEs or equivalent education.
• Relevant Level 4 professional qualification or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of SEND Code of Practice and post-16 options (advantageous).
• Fluent English is required (Immigration Act 2016).

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and amend Education, Health and Care Plans in line with statutory timescales.
