Gloucestershire County Council is seeking an EHCP Process Coordinator to join the Education Health and Care Plans Support Service. You will be the main point of contact for children and families, handling diverse queries and coordinating Statutory Assessments and Annual Reviews in line with legislative requirements.

The role demands excellent organisation, empathy, and strong communication skills to manage high workloads and tight deadlines, within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with families and internal/external customers.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple queries.
• Understanding of statutory processes for EHCP and Annual Reviews.

Responsabilités

• Act as first point of contact for children/young people with EHC Plans and families.
• Handle queries from various customers via multiple channels.
• Coordinate requests for Statutory Assessments and Annual Reviews in line with legislation.
