Job summary

Senploy in Camborne is seeking an Additional Needs Education Support Worker to assist children and young people who may find mainstream learning challenging, helping them access education and develop the skills and confidence they need beyond it.

You will build positive relationships, provide individual and small‑group support, help pupils engage with learning activities, support emotional regulation and positive behaviour, and adapt your approach to different communication and learning needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in care, youth work, residential services, mental health, SEND or support work
• Driving licence and access to your own vehicle; driving is essential
• Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
• Experience supporting children, young people or vulnerable individuals is highly desirable

Responsibilities
