Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Experience within SEND, youth work, care, residential support, mentoring, behaviour support or education could be valuable.

Responsibilities

• Building trusting relationships with pupils who find education challenging.
• Providing 1:1 support during lessons and structured activities.
• Supporting young people with autism, ADHD, SEMH and communication difficulties.
• Helping pupils manage emotions and develop coping strategies.
• Encouraging participation in learning and practical activities.
• Supporting positive behaviour through patience and consistency.
• Helping pupils develop social skills and independence.
• Supporting educational activities within the wider community.
