Buckinghamshire College Group is seeking a dedicated SEND Community Coach for the Wycombe campus to support small groups of students with EHCPs, helping them develop crucial life skills. Are you passionate about supporting young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) as they take their next steps into adulthood ? We’re looking for a committed and compassionate SENDCommunity Coach for our Wycombe campus to support small groups of students with EHCPs, helping them develop essential life skills. The successful candidate will be involved in delivering tailored coaching both on campus and within the local community, empowering learners to achieve their individual goals.This is a full-time position , working 37 hours per week, term time only (38 weeks per annum). Job share / Flexible working may be considered.
You will design and implement half-termly coaching plans that align with students’ EHCP outcomes and life skills targets.You’llcollaborate closely with SEND Support colleagues, the Inclusive Practice curriculum team, and external professionals, drawing on your communication and teamwork skills to ensure a holistic, person-centred approach.
