Dovetail & Slate Ltd. is seeking an experienced FE Curriculum Manager to lead Foundation Learning and SEND provision in East London on an interim, full-time basis.

You will drive high-quality teaching, learner outcomes and curriculum improvement, line-manage staff and coordinate with stakeholders. Experience in FE governance and working with SEND/EHCPs is essential; a full teaching qualification and strong data-driven improvement skills are required.

• Experience managing and developing teaching staff.
• Strong knowledge of inclusive curriculum delivery and learner support.

Are you an experienced FE Curriculum Manager with a background in SEND, Foundation Learning or Supported Learning?

We are currently supporting an FE college in East London to appoint an experienced Interim Curriculum Manager – Foundation Learning/SEND.

The Role

You will lead and manage Foundation Learning and SEND provision, ensuring high-quality teaching, strong learner outcomes and continuous curriculum improvement.

Key responsibilities
