The Role: The Diamonds ASD Hub is an integral part of Moorgate Primary School. We are looking to appoint an experienced SEND Class Teacher, Diamonds Hub Lead, and whole school SENDCO who has knowledge and understanding of working with children with special needs and their families. The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills (oral and written), be resilient, and have good time management. They will have the ability to cope with pressure and relate well to children on the ASD Spectrum within the Diamonds Hub.

The post is busy and demanding, requiring a highly motivated and organized individual with a calm approach, capable of undertaking a wide range of duties from basic to complex. The applicant should work well as part of a team and have a good sense of humour.

The post involves responsibility for the welfare and education of pupils aged 2-11 years, sharing the ethos and vision of the school, and adhering to its policies and practices.
