Job summary

Lancashire County Council is seeking an experienced SEND ART Brokerage Manager to lead the Access to Resource Team, securing high-quality education placements and support services for children and young people with SEND.

You will manage a team of Brokerage Officers, collaborate with schools and providers, monitor performance and ensure value for money while driving innovative solutions for complex needs.

Make a Difference to the Lives of Children and Young People

Lancashire County Council is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and solution-focused professional to join our Access to Resource Team (ART) as a SEND ART Brokerage Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to secure high-quality education placements and support services for children and young people with SEND.

About The Role

You will lead a team of Brokerage Officers, work closely with schools, providers and partners, oversee complex placement activity, support market engagement and ensure placements deliver excellent outcomes and value for money.
