Job summary

Lancashire County Council is seeking an experienced SEND ART Brokerage Manager to lead the Access to Resource Team, securing high-quality education placements and support services for children and young people with SEND.

You will manage a team of Brokerage Officers, collaborate with schools and providers, monitor performance and ensure value for money while driving innovative solutions for complex needs.

Qualifications

Experience within SEND, education, commissioning, brokerage or children's services.
Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and excellent negotiation skills.
