Job summary

Rochdale Council seeks a Brokerage Officer to secure high-quality care and support for adults across the borough. You will work across Residential and Nursing Care, Care at Home, and Supported Living, ensuring residents receive the right support at the right time and place.

You will be part of a friendly Brokerage Team, communicating with providers and social care professionals, delivering value for money and positive outcomes for adults in need of care and support.

About the role

Rochdale's Brokerage Team plays a vital role in securing high-quality care and support for adults across the borough. Working across Residential and Nursing Care, Care at Home, and Supported Living services, Brokerage Officers are at the heart of ensuring residents receive the right support, at the right time, and in the right place.
