TeacherActive Ltd in Strood, Kent, is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 SEND support in a mainstream primary school. The role requires adapting activities to meet individual needs and supporting emotional regulation and behaviour management.

The successful candidate will have a TA qualification (Level 2/3) and experience with SEND, with a flexible long-term start date and immediate start for the right person. Competitive pay and ongoing CPD are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with SEND in a mainstream primary school.
• Experience providing 1:1 support to pupils with complex learning needs.
• Understanding of positive behaviour management strategies.
• Ability to follow individual support plans and adapt activities.
