The ideal candidate will have a Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification, experience with SEND, strong behaviour management, and a patient, nurturing approach. Start date ASAP with flexibility.

• Experience providing 1:1 SEND support in a mainstream primary school.
• Ability to adapt activities to meet individual needs and follow support plans.
• Understanding of positive behaviour management and supporting emotional regulation.
• Strong communication skills and a patient, nurturing approach to inclusive education.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 SEND support to pupils with complex needs.
• Adapt activities to meet individual abilities and follow support plans.
• Support emotional regulation and behaviour management in class.
• Collaborate with class teachers and the SEND team to ensure learning access.
