Our growing SEND provision is a cornerstone of our school, and we are looking for a passionate and experienced Secondaryteacher who is ready to transition into the SENCO role.
Role Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Secondaryteacher with SEND experience who is eager to take the next step in their career. As SENCO, you will lead our SEND provision, overseeing the support for children with high needs, particularly non-verbal autistic students. You will also manage and mentor a dedicated team of SEND Learning Support Assistants (LSAs), ensuring that every child receives the tailored support they need to thrive.
