Job description

A large, vibrant, and multicultural secondary school in Newham is seeking a SENCo to join their welcoming team starting September. This is primarily a non-teaching SENCo role, with involvement in interventions for children with SEN/SEMH.

The school is rated Outstanding and is well-respected within Newham, with a high standard of education. They are aiming to become an inclusive school and require an experienced SENCo to support this vision. Your responsibilities will include implementing SEN structures and curricula tailored to students' needs, contributing ideas to SLT meetings, and supporting the development of an inclusive curriculum.
