Thames View Primary School invites applications for a highly effective SENCo & Inclusions Lead to join the Senior Leadership Team from January 2027. The role focuses on creating inclusive provision and removing barriers to learning for pupils with SEND.

This part-time 0.6 FTE permanent post is paid on the STPC Leadership Pay Range L1-L4, depending on experience. You will work with staff, families and external professionals to secure positive outcomes and provide high-quality professional

Thames View Primary School is seeking to appoint a highly effective SENCo & Inclusions Lead to join the Senior Leadership Team, starting from January 2027.

The successful candidate will work closely with staff, families and external professionals to identify needs, develop effective provision and secure positive outcomes for pupils with SEND. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop inclusive practice within a supportive and forward-thinking school. You will be passionate about removing barriers to learning and ensuring every child is valued, supported and able to reach their full potential.

This is a part time (0.6 FTE), permanent role, paid on the STPC Leadership Pay Range L1-L4, dependant on experience.
