Job summary

The Governors at Shuttleworth College are seeking an exceptional, passionate and strategic Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) to join our Extended Senior Leadership Team and lead our SEND provision across a vibrant and ambitious mainstream secondary school. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SENCO who is determined to ensure that every young person receives the support, challenge and opportunities they need to thrive. The post includes a teaching commitment of approximately 6 hours per week, allowing the postholder to maintain a strong classroom presence while fulfilling their strategic leadership responsibilities.
