Summary The Governors at Shuttleworth College are seeking an exceptional, passionate and strategic Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) to join our Extended Senior Leadership Team and lead our SEND provision across a vibrant and ambitious mainstream secondary school.

The SENCO will be an outstanding classroom practitioner with a proven ability to inspire, motivate and develop both students and colleagues. The post includes a teaching commitment of approximately 6 hours per week, allowing the postholder to maintain a strong classroom presence while fulfilling their strategic leadership responsibilities.
