Job summary

Ribbons & Reeves Limited is seeking a SENCo for pre-booked opportunities in Greenwich across primary and secondary schools. You will be offered pre-arranged assignments rather than day-to-day cover.

Opportunities range from short-term to long-term maternity, sickness, sabbatical cover and temp-to-perm roles, with competitive weekly PAYE pay and support from a dedicated consultant.

Qualifications

• UK QTS essential.
• SENCo experience or leadership qualification required.
• Strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice.
• Excellent knowledge of SEN provision and EHCP processes.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• DBS Update Service on the Update Service or willing to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Pre-booked short-term and long-term assignments across primary and secondary schools.
• Support schools in delivering SEN provision and EHCP processes.
• Provide leadership and guidance to staff, pupils and parents as required.
• Maintain high professional standards and collaborate with external professionals.
