Job Title: SENCO
Salary: Up to GBP53,000.00 per annum (not pro rata)
Location: New Barn School, Newbury, Berkshire, RG20 8HZ
Contract: Permanent; Term Time only
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Start: September 2025

We are seeking a SENCO to join our team at New Barn School in Newbury, Berkshire, to ensure effective and compliant Special Education Needs provision.
About the Role
The SENCO will oversee SEN provision, ensure legal compliance, provide guidance to staff, and coordinate EHCP reviews and multi-agency collaboration to support students with SEN.
