Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: MPS/UPS + TLR (SENCO Responsibility)

  • Overseeing EHCPs, needs assessments and access arrangements

  • Supporting staff training on SEND strategies and differentiated instruction

Ideal Profile:

  • QTS and SENCO qualification (or currently undertaking it)

  • Strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and safeguarding frameworks

  • An empathetic and solution-focused approach to leadership

  • Excellent organisation, collaboration and communication skills
