Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Overseeing EHCPs, needs assessments and access arrangements
Leading a team of LSAs, ELSAs and intervention staff
Coordinating with teaching staff to ensure inclusive classroom practices
Tracking student outcomes and leading on academic/pastoral interventions
Supporting staff training on SEND strategies and differentiated instruction
Ideal Profile:
QTS and SENCO qualification (or currently undertaking it)
Strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and safeguarding frameworks
An empathetic and solution-focused approach to leadership
Excellent organisation, collaboration and communication skills
Enhanced DBS
