Job summary

Ribbons & Reeves Limited in Greenwich is recruiting SENCo professionals for pre-booked opportunities across primary and secondary schools. You will take on SEN leadership roles within planned cover assignments.

Whether you are an experienced SENCo or a qualified teacher transitioning into leadership, the role offers long-term maternity, sickness and sabbatical cover, with temp-to-perm potential and dedicated consultant support.

Qualifications

• UK QTS is essential.
• SENCo experience and/or SEN leadership qualification.
• Strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice.
• Excellent knowledge of SEN provision and EHCP processes.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-booked short-term and long-term assignments across primary and secondary schools.
• Support schools to ensure pupils receive appropriate SEN provision.
• Collaborate with staff, parents and external professionals.
• Maintain professional standards and report as required.
