* Salary: GBP46,338 - GBP60,464 (depending on experience)

SENCO - Role Overview

* Take full responsibility for SEND strategy and provision across the school

* Work closely with senior leaders and external agencies

* Must hold a NASENCO qualification
* Prior experience as a SENCO or significant experience in SEND leadership
* Strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and statutory frameworks

* Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
