Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, personalised one-to-one lessons tailored to each student's needs.
• Deliver tuition in core subjects, including English, Maths, and Science.
• Adapt teaching strategies to support students with SEN and barriers to learning.
• Build positive relationships that promote confidence and love of learning.
• Monitor and assess progress, adapting lesson plans to maximise outcomes.
• Complete weekly reports and provide regular feedback on attendance and progress.
