Job summary

Teaching Personnel is recruiting dedicated SEN Tutors to provide one-to-one tuition across Christchurch and surrounding areas.

Support learners with autism, ADHD, SEMH and other additional needs by delivering personalised tuition that builds confidence, engagement and academic progress. The role offers flexible part-time and full-time opportunities with pay £25–£30 per hour, and delivery in schools, community venues or learners' homes.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people in mainstream and SEN/SEND settings.
• Previous tutoring, teaching, mentoring or education experience.
• Understanding of safeguarding.
• Ability to travel across Christchurch and surrounding areas.
• Excellent communication skills.
