Job summary

TP Tutors, part of Teaching Personnel, is seeking experienced SEN Tutors to provide personalised one-to-one tuition to primary and secondary SEN students across Bridport and nearby areas.

You’ll tailor sessions for learners who may have autism, ADHD, SEMH or other needs, focusing on individual strengths, challenges and goals. Flexible part-time and full-time opportunities are available, with sessions at schools, community venues or learners’ homes.

Qualifications

• Experience working with SEN/SEND children or young people.
• Experience in mainstream and/or specialist SEN environments.
• Previous teaching, tutoring, mentoring or education experience.
• Understanding of safeguarding responsibilities.
• Ability to support primary and/or secondary SEN students.
• Ability to travel throughout Bridport and surrounding areas.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

TP Tutors is looking for experienced SEN Tutors to provide personalised one-to-one tuition to primary and secondary SEN students throughout Bridport and the surrounding areas.

You’ll work with learners who may have autism, ADHD, SEMH or other special educational needs, tailoring every session around their individual strengths, challenges and learning goals.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
