Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is recruiting SEN Tutors to provide one-to-one tuition for learners in Lyme Regis and surrounding communities.

You will tailor lessons for students who may require additional support due to Autism, ADHD, SEMH or SEND needs, helping them reach personal and academic goals. Flexible scheduling and dedicated consultant guidance accompany specialist SEND training and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience tutoring or mentoring children or young people.
• Knowledge of safeguarding practices and responsibilities.
• Ability to build rapport and motivate learners.
• Willingness to travel around Lyme Regis and surrounding areas.
• Experience supporting students with SEND needs is advantageous.

Responsibilities

At TP Tutors, we believe every learner deserves access to education that works for them. We are currently recruiting SEN Tutors to provide one-to-one tuition for learners across Lyme Regis and surrounding communities.

This rewarding opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy building confidence, nurturing positive learning experiences and helping students achieve their personal and academic goals.

You’ll work with students who may require additional support due to Autism, ADHD, SEMH or SEND needs, tailoring lessons to suit their learning style and ability level.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
