Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is recruiting dedicated SEN Tutors to work with primary and secondary learners in East Grinstead and surrounding areas. You'll deliver tailored one-to-one learning programmes designed around each student's strengths, needs and goals.

This role offers flexible hours with competitive pay (£20-£25 per hour), specialist SEND training and ongoing CPD, plus dedicated consultant support to help you succeed and make a meaningful impact.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children or young people.
  • Tutoring, teaching or mentoring experience.
  • Understanding of SEN/SEND needs.
  • Strong safeguarding awareness.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to travel across East Grinstead and nearby locations.

Job description

TP Tutors is recruiting dedicated SEN Tutors to work with primary and secondary learners throughout East Grinstead and surrounding areas.

As a tutor, you'll deliver tailored one-to-one learning programmes designed around each student's individual strengths, needs and goals. Many learners require additional support due to Autism, ADHD, SEMH and SEND needs, while others benefit from focused academic intervention.

This position offers the opportunity to make a genuine impact by helping learners gain confidence, improve attainment and develop positive attitudes towards learning.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
