Job summary

Reed is looking for experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with autism, SEMH, and other complex needs in Wakefield and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with additional needs in SEN/SEND settings.
• Experience with autism (ASC) and SEMH.
• Ability to support 1:1 and small groups.
• Pastoral and behaviour support experience.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with SEN in classroom and outdoor activities.
• Assist with curriculum tasks and task planning for individuals or small groups.
• Monitor progress and report on learning and behaviour to teachers.
• Support inclusion and adapt resources for learners with diverse needs.
