A school in Northwich is seeking a Speech and Language Support Teaching Assistant to aid students facing communication challenges. Located in the beautiful town of Northwich, our school is looking for a Speech and Language Support Teaching Assistant to help students develop their communication skills. You’ll work with children who face speech and language challenges, supporting them to improve their confidence and ability to communicate effectively in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one and group support for children with speech, language, and communication needs
Work alongside speech and language therapists to implement interventions and strategies
Help students engage with the curriculum by developing their communication abilities
Requirements:
Experience or qualifications in supporting speech and language needs (desirable)
A passion for helping children develop their communication skills
Patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
