Key Responsibilities:
Support children with autism through tailored strategies to promote engagement and emotional regulation
Work closely with teachers and specialists to create and implement individualized learning plans
Encourage an inclusive, positive environment where students feel safe and understood
Requirements:
Experience or understanding of autism and its impact on learning
Patience, empathy, and a calm, nurturing approach
Strong communication skills and a passion for making a difference

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
