A leading school in Northwich is seeking a Behavioural Support Teaching Assistant to aid students facing behavioural challenges. Our school, located in Northwich, is looking for a Behavioural Support Teaching Assistant to help students overcome behavioural challenges and succeed in the classroom. If you are calm, patient, and experienced in supporting students with behavioural needs, you’ll play a vital role in helping create a positive, engaging learning environment for all.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one and small group support for students with challenging behaviours
Implement behaviour management strategies in collaboration with teachers
Help students develop social and emotional skills to improve their interactions with others
Requirements:
Experience supporting students with behavioural needs in an educational setting
Knowledge of behaviour management strategies and de-escalation techniques
Patience, resilience, and strong problem-solving skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
