Job summary

Aspire People Limited is seeking a dedicated SEN Provision Teaching Assistant to support a pupil on a 1:1 basis in Smethwick within our SEND provision. You will help the pupil access learning, build confidence and thrive in a supportive school setting.

You will collaborate with teachers, SENCOs and other professionals, assisting in planning, delivering learning activities and guiding behaviour. Experience and Level 2/3 TA are desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children (ideally in a school setting).
• Understanding of supporting pupils with special educational needs (SEN) or additional needs.
• Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
• A positive and proactive approach to supporting learning.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant) are desirable but not essential.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate 121 Teaching Assistants to join our Aspire Team and work in one of our schools in Smethwick. This role involves providing tailored support to a pupil on a one-to-1 basis, helping them to access learning, build confidence, and thrive within the school environment in their SEND Provision.
