Job summary

Prospero Teaching in Solihull is seeking a SEN TA to support pupils with Severe Learning Disabilities, ASD and related communication needs across ages 5-19. The post is full-time with an Oct 2026 start and July 2026 finish.

Role requires EYFS to Post 16 experience, a relevant degree (child studies, SEN or Occupational Therapy) and Level 2/3 TA or Health & Social qualification, plus the ability to de-escalate challenging behaviour. Daily rate £92.89–£108.89 for 6.5 hours.

Qualifications

• Experience with Speech and Language, ASD or Speech and Lang.
• Experience with EYFS - Post 16
• Degree in child studies, SEN or Occupational Therapy
• Level 2 or 3 TA/ Health and Social
• Ability to de-escalate challenging behaviour
• Pay is GBP92.89- 108.89 per day working 6.5 hours
