Job summary

Aspire People is recruiting an SEN Teaching Assistant to support learners at a Solihull school. This role focuses on helping pupils thrive in a caring, supportive environment.

You'll work 1:1 and in small groups, assisting children with additional needs, including autism, communication and behavioural challenges. Building trusted relationships and promoting independence are key goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in SEN/SEND or keen to develop your experience.
• Ability to support pupils with additional needs on a 1:1 and in small groups.
• Comfort working with pupils who have autism, communication and behavioural needs.
