Smile Education is recruiting an SEN Teaching Assistant for a full-time, long-term role starting September 2026 in Yardley, Birmingham. You will work within a welcoming secondary school, supporting students with additional needs and collaborating with staff to enable effective learning outcomes.

Experience with speech, language and communication needs is desirable. The role offers strong CPD opportunities and potential for permanent placement, with a dedicated Smile Education consultant backing

• Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
