Qualifications

• Previous experience with SEN preferred

• Willingness to undergo DBS check (if not on Update Service)

Responsibilities

• Assist the class teacher with planning and delivering tailored lessons
• Provide one-on-one or small group support for students with SEN
• Support social, emotional, and behavioural needs of students
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Work with staff and outside agencies to ensure best outcomes for students
• Keep accurate records of progress and provide feedback to teachers

Your Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant with Aspire People, you'll support students with various learning needs, helping them overcome barriers and achieve their best in the classroom.

• Assist the class teacher with planning and delivering tailored lessons
• Provide one-on-one or small group support for students with SEN

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is preferred
