Job summary

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS Disclosure required.
• Professional reference checks, safeguarding policy compliance.
• Overseas police clearances if applicable.
• You must have legal right to work in the UK and attend a registration interview.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with SEN.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to support holistic development.
• Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to staff.
• Demonstrate confident behaviour management and de-escalation.
• Apply knowledge of the National Curriculum to support learning.
• Show optimism and determination to impact children's education.
