Job summary

St James CE Primary School is seeking a High Needs Teaching Assistant L2 with SEN responsibilities to provide learning support for children with EHCPs. The role involves assisting a class teacher, supporting pupils with social and emotional needs, and working 30 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience of supporting young children with learning, social and emotional difficulties.

Responsibilities

• Provide learning support in the classroom for children with EHCPs.
• Support high-need SEND pupils in our resource provision.
• Work 30 hours/week (Mon-Fri) to assist the class teacher.
