• Experience of working with pupils with a range of complex needs is desirable.

• Experience supporting assessment, planning, recording and reporting of learner progress.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Class Teacher in general classroom duties and prepare learning materials.
• Work as part of a team with flexibility to meet diverse pupil needs.
• Provide support to pupils' personal, social and emotional development.
• Monitor, record and report on learner progress.
• Communicate interactively, supervise learners and assist with daily routines.
• Provide personal care for learners as required (changing, toileting, dressing, etc.).
