The Education Specialists are recruiting on behalf of Fairfield House School in Trafford for a SEN Teaching Assistant / HLTA to join their team. This long-term opportunity offers potential permanence for the right candidate and a competitive pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEN/SEND.
• Patient, resilient and passionate about helping students succeed.
• Experience in specialist or mainstream educational settings is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to learners.
• Support pupils to access learning and build confidence.
• Assist teachers with classroom activities and behavioural support.
• Adapt activities to meet individual needs and ensure inclusion.
