Job summary

St Mary’s Church of England Academy in Mildenhall, Suffolk, is seeking a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support learners with complex needs and work closely with teachers and the SENCO to promote progress.

You will provide dedicated one-to-one support, use effective communication, and maintain a caring, proactive approach to help pupils reach their potential. The role is 32.5 hours per week, permanent, with a hourly rate of £13.48.

Responsibilities

• Work with and support learners with Complex Needs, on a one-to-one basis.
• Collaborate with teachers and the SENCO to support pupil progress.
• Provide additional support to learners who require help in overcoming barriers to learning to achieve their full potential.
